Author Submission Guidelines
Author Experience:
We aim to offer a fulfilling and enriching experience to all contributing authors through:
- A transparent review process (double-blind peer review)
- Publication in scopus-indexed journal (to be confirmed) or scopus-indexed conference proceedings (to be confirmed)
- Access to workshops, keynote sessions, and expert panels
- Opportunities for collaboration with international researchers & industry persons
- Certificate of Presentation, Participation, and Best Paper Awards
Submission Guidelines:
- Language: All papers must be written in clear and concise English.
- Originality: Submissions must present original work that has not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
- Paper Length: Full papers must be 6 to 10 pages (Tentative).
- The plagiarism should be less than 10 percentage.
- The full article must be submitted as a MS Word file in DOC or DOCX format. (Times new Roman, size 12, Justified, 1.5 spaced)
- Kindly use the Full Paper Template provided by the journal/website (in the Download tab) for formatting your paper.
Where to Submit:
Submission Portal: Papers must be submitted in word format through CMT.
How to Submit:
- Prepare your manuscript as per conference template (In word format)
- Create an account on CMT
- Submit your manuscript
- Log in to the submission portal.
- Click on "New Submission"
- Fill in the required details:
- Title of the paper
- Abstract (200–250 words)
- Author names (note: these are not included in the uploaded paper but required in metadata)
- Keywords (5–6)
- Upload your manuscript as a Word file.
- Confirm that the submission is anonymous and plagiarism-free.
- Click Submit.
Paper Structure:
Each submission should include the following key components:
- Title: Concise and indicative of the paper's contribution.
- Abstract:
- Length: 200–250 words
- Should clearly state the objective, methodology, key results, and conclusion.
- Keywords: 5–6 relevant keywords
- Main Body: Clearly divided into Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Figures & Tables: Must be numbered, high resolution, and referenced in text.
- References:
- Follow citation style
- Use citation management tools like EndNote, Mendeley, or Zotero
- Must include recent and relevant works (avoid self-citation abuse)
Author Expectations & Attendance:
- At least one author per paper must register and attend the conference to present their work.
- Presentations can be oral (in-person or virtual, based on availability).
- Authors are expected to prepare a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation.
- No-show papers will not be considered for publication.
- Nobody will be allowed to make more than two presentations during the conference. This is done to ensure diversity and inclusivity of more active participants in the conference.
- NO PAPER TO HAVE MORE THAN SIX AUTHORS. (Please note, some journals may not accept papers with more than four authors.
Publication Details:
- All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to scopus-indexed journal or conference proceedings (Under Approval) for publication.
- Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for extended versions in Scopus-indexed journals (subject to additional review and APCs, if applicable).
- All accepted and presented paper will be published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN Number. All the Selected papers will be sent to SCOPUS Index/ UGC CARE Journal and will be published on the terms & conditions of the respective journal. The cost of the publication shall be borne by the author(s) separately.
Review Process:
Each submission will undergo at least two rounds of peer review:
- Initial Screening: Scope, format, and plagiarism check.
- Technical Review: By two or more subject experts (double-blind).
Review criteria include: Novelty and originality, Technical soundness, Clarity and organization, Relevance to the conference themes.
All papers with a similarity score of less than 10% will undergo a double-blind review. All submissions will be screened using Turnitin. The technical committee of the conference will review the papers, and the authors will be notified of the paper status, which can be one of the following:
- Accepted for oral presentation
- Accepted with minor corrections for Oral Presentation
- Rejected
Additional Guidelines:
- Camera-Ready Submission: Must include author details and comply with formatting rules.
- Language Check: Authors are encouraged to proofread or use language editing services before submission.
- Multiple Submissions: Authors may submit multiple papers but must register separately for each accepted paper.
- Certificates: Authors will receive certificates for Presentation and Publication.
Revision and Camera-Ready:
If accepted, authors will receive reviewer comments and are required to submit a revised camera-ready version in accordance with the publisher's guidelines.
Final manuscript must include:
- All author details
- Conflict of interest declaration (if required)
- Funding acknowledgment (if applicable)
